Junior side (2.45pm to 3.15pm) – 3 volunteers**

1. 2.45pm Hall freezer:  Collect iceblocks from large chest freezer in Bruce McLaren School Hall on Senior side next to Hall kitchen.   

2. Chilly bin and money container:  Fill blue chilly bin (in cupboard on left of chest freezer) with a selection of as many iceblocks as will fit - and take a couple of extra boxes on a hot sunny day.  Take ice cream container for money (stored in freezer or with chilly bin).  Note:  there is no float.  Wheel to Junior side.  

3. Table:  Get table out from storage under Room 6 (if not already set up) and set up next to Junior Office stairs.

4. Soft plastics recycling:  Place large bin with sign (in Junior staff room or in storage under Room 6) on table for collecting used plastic wrappers.  Return with wrappers to where found after selling.  Recycling bin not needed when only selling Niceblocks.

5. Selling:  Sell from 2.55pm until 3.10pm/run out.  Price:  $2 for 1, $5 for 3.

6. Return chilly bin and any iceblocks:  Return chilly bin and any unsold iceblocks to freezer.

7. Iceblock money:  At 3.15pm give money to Verity Groves (back up: Karla Connor) at freezer.

Senior side (2.50pm to 3.15pm) – 1 volunteer** and 3 Year 6 students

1. 2.50pm Hall freezer:  Meet at large chest freezer beside the kitchen in the Bruce McLaren School Hall.  Parent volunteer to supervise below tasks by Year 6 students.

2. Table:  Set up small trestle table on Waiatarua Road footpath at southern end of field.  Trestle table is stored in cupboard opposite the kitchen servery window.  Ask Ngawai at Club Meadowbank if cupboard locked.

3. Chilly bin and money container:  Fill blue chilly bin (in cupboard on left of chest freezer) with a selection of as many iceblocks as will fit.  Take ice cream container for money (stored with the chilly bin or in freezer).  Note:  there is no float.

• allocate 2 of 3 student sellers to take money and give change and 1 student seller to handover iceblocks

• get student customers to line up in a line (ensure footpath and school gates not blocked)

• parent supervisor to direct student customers to a student seller

• encourage student sellers to get money and give change before handing over iceblocks

6. Return chilly bin, trestle table and any iceblocks:  Return the chilly bin, trestle table and any unsold iceblocks to Hall freezer.

7. Iceblock money:  At 3.15pm give money to Verity Groves (back up: Karla Connor) at freezer.
